A new guide to the 30 hours pilot series, which looks at each pilot area’s approach in turn, is now available.
The series of articles tracks the new rollout of the programme in 12 local authorities (the original eight early implementers plus the four additional areas), looking at aspects such as the impact on parental working hours and employment, children with SEND, technology and the most deprived children.
Featuring interviews with early years representatives from all relevant councils, each feature includes a case study from a setting offering the free hours.
