DfES considers nanny register

Nanny registration has been put on the Government agenda with the commissioning of a feasibility study. The Department for Education and Skills has commissioned economists PriceWaterhouse- Coopers to undertake the study, in which it will be interviewing representatives from the nanny sector, including the Professional Association of Nursery Nurses, the Recruitment and Employment Confederation and payroll service Nannytax.
