Childcare for National Health Service staff is the focus for a conference in London on 12 February. 'Beyond Workplace Nurseries' is the second annual NHS childcare conference organised by the Daycare Trust on behalf of the NHS. Speakers will include health minister John Hutton, Nick Tooze of the Sure Start Unit, and Daycare Trust director Stephen Burke. Workshops topics will include developing local strategy; working in partnership; and employers, tax credits and childcare. There will also be a panel discussion with Debbie Mellor of the Department of Health, Delyth Lloyd-Evans of the Pan-London Workforce Development Confederation, and Karen Jennings of Unison.
