Three-year-old Tilly Lockey from Beechdale Nursery in Consett, County Durham, shows off her new hands. Tilly contracted meningitis as a baby and had both hands and her toes amputated. Her family raised 100,000 to get her the battery-powered prosthetic hands, which allow Tilly to carry out any activity a three-year-old with real hands would do.
