A daily supplement of omega-3 fish oil can reduce hyperactivity in children more effectively than commonly prescribed drugs, new research suggests. An Australian study measured the effects of eye q, a supplement of omega-3 fish oil and omega-6 evening primrose oil, on 132 children with ADHD. 'Many grandparents want to give their children a weekend off, but are worried they won't know what to do,' says Georgie. 'And after spending the whole day entertaining a young child they feel exhausted.'
