Education charity SHINE, which is dedicated to reducing the attainment gap for disadvantaged children in the North, has pioneered a new initiative, ‘Coaching Early Conversations Interaction and Language’ (CECIL).
The initiative has been launched to improve the language skills of 484 young children in Liverpool across 11 early years settings.
