Little Minds Nursery in Tomarton, South Gloucestershire have been making the most of the dark evenings this time of year to create a calm, sensory experience for the toddlers in their care.
While waiting for parents to collect children, staff turn off the lights to explore the light and sensory toys they have while playing calming music. The setting also plays ‘What's in the box’ with younger children to help them wind down before home time.
