Children at Abacus Children’s Day Nursery in Dalston, Carlisle have been enjoying their very own woodland area using saws to create safe walkways, relaxing in hammocks and enjoying cinnamon apple snacks roasted on the open fire.
Staff have taken part in training to support children by providing the best possible learning opportunities in the outdoors and instilling in them some of the key aspects of Forest School.
