The children at Busy Bears, Durham spent the day learning how to use scissors, developing their hand-eye co-ordination skills and building up key muscles in their hands.
The activities included cutting leaves, twigs and branches and comparing how difficult it was to cut each one. Support was given on how to hold the scissors safely and correctly. The children took on the challenge and had fun with this activity.
