Children at Ducklings at St Margaret’s, a not-for-profit nursery in Leeds, have enjoyed taking part in the Big Schools’ Birdwatch.
The setting added lots of seeds, berries, fruit, mealworms and fresh drinking water to its newly built wildlife area to attract the birds. Children had a check-list to identify the variety of birds that came to visit.
