The proverbial pot of gold was uncovered by Rainbow Pre-School in Stansted - with its second Outstanding rating.
The Ofsted inspector described the children's behaviour as 'exemplary' and added, 'They show extremely high levels of confidence and self-esteem, which has a very positive impact on their overall emotional wellbeing.'
In addition, ‘management and staff maintain an extremely well-documented drive to continually improve the service they provide. The views of the children and their families are carefully listened to and taken into serious consideration as the manager and staff evaluate and continually improve the provision.'
