A one-day conference providing practitioners with the opportunity to come together with multi-agency partners and ensure they are full equipped to meet the far-reaching reforms to services for children in care as a result of the Children and Families Act. Advice will be given on securing stable adoption and fostering placements, improving the quality of care in children's residential care homes, using the new Pupil Premium Plus to advance educational outcomes and making an effective transition to adulthood through increased support for care leavers.
