Local MP Alan Mak has visited Tops Day Nursery on Stockheath Lane, Havant to celebrate World Book Day and to hear about the upcoming introduction of 30-hour childcare.
Children and staff dressed up as their favourite characters, read books and acted out stories throughout the day.
