St Thomas Day Nursery in Oxford welcomed the Commonwealth Games bronze medallist swimmer Calum Jarvis to talk to the children.
He spoke about healthy eating, exercise and achieving personal goals. The children had great fun learning swimming moves on dry land and participating in new games.
