Happy Days Childcare in Haverfordwest has been celebrating receiving a Highly Commended rating from the Wales Pre-School Providers Association.
The report stated, 'Happy Days is a happy environment. The children are involved in making decisions, given chances to develop their independence and to learn and have fun.'
