World Book Day special

Settings across the country marked World Book Day on 7 March, the biggest annual celebration of books and reading in the UK.
Children from Hillyfields Day Nursery in Brockley, South London (top), Little Acorns Day Nursery in Washington, County Durham (middle) and Busy Bees Nursery in Oldbrook, Milton Keynes (bottom) dressed as their favourite fictional characters.
Staff and children from Bright Kids Nursery Group, also organised a fancy dress day where everyone shared their favourite stories.
At Star Child Montessori Day Nursery in Thornton Heath Surrey, children acted the parts of Cinderella to celebrate the World Book day.
