Nursery World is the leading publication for the early years sector, and in line with our mission to best support your information needs, we are changing the magazine’s frequency from fortnightly to monthly from April.

This will offer you a bigger, more substantial monthly publication, with lots of new features and an improved look.

As well as our essential mix of news, in-depth analysis and practical guidance, our new monthly magazine will now also include:

  • New ‘Building Your Curriculum’ section, packed with expert guidance to support your practice in line with the revised Early Years Foundation Stage and Ofsted's new inspection framework
  • Expanded ‘Activities’ section, including an A-Z of ideas, under-threes focus, inspiring projects and nursery rhyme posters
  • Monthly collectable A2 activity posters based around the theme of Growing Up
  • New series giving advice on common management dilemmas, and on navigating the Ofsted education inspection framework
  • New column from legal experts on HR and more
  • New market round-up page with acquisitions and launches
  • Treasures from our 95-year-old archive

Every edition will be packed with nuggets of information to help inform your day-to-day work. Your subscription also includes unlimited access to a huge store of good practice and management advice at nurseryworld.co.uk.

Moreover, in response to reader requests, Nursery World magazine is now delivered paper-wrapped instead of polywrapped as part of our commitment to minimise our environmental impact.

Our evolution aims to support you in meeting the complex challenges of providing quality care and education for young children in the 2020s.

If you are a subscriber to Nursery World, you do not have to do anything, as your subscription will continue uninterrupted. You will receive the first monthly edition of Nursery World on 7th April 2020.
