Nurseries warned over bogus fees

Nurseries and playgroups across the UK are still being targeted by bogus agencies demanding up to 135 to register them under the Data Protection Act. Following an initial warning last summer, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) has issued another caution to childcare settings not to be taken in by fake data protection agencies posing as Government bodies.
