The Manchester Early Years Development and Childcare Partnership will explore the theme 'working together' at its annual conference on Wednesday 19 September. Speakers at the event, to be held at Manchester City Football Ground, will include Naomi Eisenstadt, head of the Sure Start unit, and Laurence Blackhall, from the Department for Education and Skills, who will be talking to delegates about the Neighbourhood Nursery programme in Manchester.
