Children at Tops Lymington have been snoozing in the shaded area of the nursery’s ‘secret garden’ at nap time to reap some of the many benefits of sleeping outside.
Staff have already noticed that the children sleep longer, settle more quickly on their mats and seem generally more refreshed.
