The Linwood Community Childcare ran a six-week literacy Fun Club for all three- to five-year-olds and their families to develop the children’s love of reading and their imagination.
At the end, every child was able to take their ‘mini library’ home in form of a box they had created themselves – a literacy resource which they can explore, revisit and develop further.
