Resilience training

A group of managers and supervisors from childcare settings in Jersey have completed Jersey Childcare Trust's six-week Resilience Development Training course.
Throughout the course, they learned abouttools and resources to manage risks, excessive demands and stresses without experiencing poor health and performance.
