Clowning around

Staff at First Steps St Edward's Nursery in Birmingham took on the ice bucket challenge, dressed as clowns in honour of their former colleague, Lisa Garner-Harris. Lisa died from motor neurone disease this summer.
The staff covered one another in cream pies and iced water in order to raise money and awareness for motor neurone disease.
