(Photograph) - Four-year-old Courtney and three-year-old Callum enjoy organic-apple picking at Claylands Farm Nursery in Edinburgh. The nursery is located in converted farm buildings on the outskirts of the city and boasts an orchard and some plum trees. Every year the children help nursery manager Lindsay Gillespie collect the fruit for making crumbles and pies, as well as snacking on the raw fruit.
