Suitable for educators in their first management role or thinking about a role in management, this four-day course will cover management styles, how to be an effective leader and get the best out of your team, how to tackle SEF forms and be prepared for Ofsted inspections.
As part of the course, delegates will receive handouts, a skills and knowledge audit, telephone and e-mail support, personal coaching and certificates of attendance.
The course will take place over four months on the following days - Thursday 14 January, Thursday 25 February, Thursday 17 March and Thursday 14 April.
Cost: £495 plus vat. Cost includes a three-course lunch.
