The Welsh Assembly is set to consider the findings of a year-long review of special needs provision by its Health and Social Services Committee. The review found that while there were pockets of good practice across Wales, more needed to be done to provide the best services to families at all stages. It called for the sharing of good practice and joint working among all agencies involved in providing services, including families and carers.
