(Photograph) - Seven-year-old Megan Reynolds from Belfast was one of ten children from around the UK honoured in a ceremony at Westminster Abbey in London at the 29th annual Woman's Own Children of Courage Awards. Megan was born with spina bifida and hydrocephalus, and has undergone eight major operations including high-risk surgery on her head and spine.
