White sheet or large sheets of white paper felt-tipped pens or fabric pens bean bag a large clear area
Step by step
* Make a tablecloth for the teddy bear's picnic by cutting a large square from a white sheet or taping several pieces of paper together.
* Divide the tablecloth into nine squares using a black marker pen, or fabric pen if using cloth.
* Ask the children to suggest actions they could do to fill each of the nine squares. These could include jumping, hopping, sitting, rolling and so on.
