A medical student takes children through a procedure on a sick teddy bear at the Royal Free Hospital in London. The project Teddy Bear Hospital is in its second year and aims to give children a positive view of medicine and doctors to children. Children aged three to seven can bring in their teddies to be treated for illnesses and injuries. They see how X-ray machines work, take teddy's blood pressure and find out what happens in an operation. To register a child visit www.ucl.ac.uk/teddy-hosp. The first 100 to register get a free teddy.
