How do you feel about winning Tinies largest business growth award,2008?
We were surprised and thrilled to hear we had won after only running thebranch for a year. We had no idea we had grown so much within thenetwork, almost tripling the previous year's turnover.
How have you celebrated?
There was an awards ceremony attended by all the branch owners andconsultants at our annual conference in December. Once we returned homewe had a Christmas party to say thanks to all our team and familymembers with lots of bubbly.
What are your plans for 2009?
Winning the award has increased our confidence and made us even moredetermined to beat our own success. We want to continue to grow thebusiness by focusing our efforts on complementary services such asmobile creches and babysitting in addition to providing nannies andnursery staff.
