In brief...ChildcareLink

Touch-screen kiosks will offer information from the DfEE-funded interactive website ChildcareLink in Mothercare stores in Kew and Marble Arch, London, with another to follow in Milton Keynes in March. Employment and equal opportunities minister Margaret Hodge said that a number of other leading high street stores and supermarkets would be providing kiosks in the future, and within two to three years there would be 8,000 across the UK. The ChildcareLink website is at www.childcarelink.gov.uk
