Parents from north and east London gathered in the V&A Museum of Childhood in Bethnal Green as part of a global attempt to help break the world record for the most reusable nappies to be changed at once.
The Great Cloth Nappy Change was part of Real Nappy Week, 15- 21 April, which aims to promote reusable nappies.
In 2012, groups of parents helped to set the initial record of 8,251 babies changed in 189 locations on four continents.
This year, a new record was set at 181 official locations with 8,331 babies changed, which was submitted to the Guinness Book of World Records.
The Bethnal Green event also featured a real nappy fashion show to demonstrate designs.
