We have spent a small fortune on the court fees and not had enough backto cover a fraction of the court fees, let alone the original debt. Oursolicitor said they also had outstanding fees owed to them and have beenunable to collect them. What hope for me? Finally we approached a localdebt collecting agency. They have a no-win no-fee policy and have been alot more successful than anyone else. They charge more but these debtswould have been written off, so anything is better than nothing.

When caring for children we need to consider the family and cater forany reasonable adjustments. Surely you would not think twice aboutcatering for a child who could not eat dairy, so the same can be saidfor a child who does not celebrate Christmas.
You could also use it as an opportunity to teach the children aboutculture and beliefs and broaden their knowledge and understanding of theworld, obviously in line with the child's understanding.
