(Photograph) - Seven-year-old Helaina Stone had a cuddle with television presenter Gaby Roslin at this year's Child of Achievement awards in London. Helaina, from Cheshire, was born with Costello's syndrome, a rare genetic disorder that affects her growth and development and the functioning of her heart. She has also had extensive surgery and chemotherapy for a very aggressive cancer and last September underwent major spinal surgery.
