We are studying very hard in our first year of the NVQ Level 3 course, with most of us also juggling family commitments and a job. What qualifications and right does Mr Wadsworth have to make a stereotypical and scathing attack on our efforts to gain this qualification? It is very disheartening.
Talking to our tutors, we know that the NVQ 3 is as good as, if not better than, other qualifications at this level. We will not allow Mr Wadsworth's comments to dent our self-esteem and when we finish this course we will emerge as highly motivated and committed childcare practitioners.
