(Photograph) - Children at Murrayburn and Balgreen Primary Schools in Edinburgh post their problems and make appointments with their school counsellor using a Place 2 Talk letterbox. The letterboxes are part of the wider Place 2 Be project that provides emotional support to help children to deal with a number of problems including bullying, bereavement and abuse. The pilot scheme has run in both schools for two years and has proved so successful that it is to be expanded across a further eight schools in the city and possibly nursery classes.
