Inspectors found persistent failures to meet the terms of improvementnotices served on the nursery and growing concerns over food hygienefailings, checks on staff, and suitable management and staffing.
Chris Stadames, the Care Commission's regional manager for the north ofScotland, said, 'We have worked closely with this nursery over aconsiderable period of time to make them fully aware of theirresponsibilities and to highlight where they need to make improvements. But they have consistently failed to make the improvementsrequired.'
