Noticeboard Comic Relief special!

Early years settings nationwide have been busy raising money for Comic Relief.

We were inundated with pictures from Red Nose Day - here's a small selection.

Sue Buff, a childminder from Edmonton, her assistant and the children she cares for raised £75 from a sponsored pyjama walk.

Leavesden Children's Centre in Watford, Herfordshire (right), raised £40.

 

 

Children and staff at Care4Kids in Blackburn, Lancashire (above), wore animal and monster costumes.

At Stepping Stones in Lingley Mere, Warrington, children washed cars to raise funds.

 

Nursery nurse Linda Aldridge from the Station House Nursery, York (right) used her knitting skills to make a woolly hat for her 'Where's Wally' costume.

Star Child Montessori in Thornton Heath, south London (below), raised £90.

Staff from kidsunlimited Regent's Place nursery in London (below) wore red tutus to work to raise £200.

Staff and children from kidsunlimited in Ladbroke Grove, west London, were joined by the local police to take part in a sponsored walk in Notting Hill and raised £1,255.
