Realise has taken over FW Solutions, which was formed in 2008 by husband-and-wife partnership Rodney and Sandra Hardy, and that delivers apprenticeships and training to more than 100 early years settings.
The deal will enable Realise, which delivers apprenticeships at Level 2, 3 and 5 across the UK, to extend its offering by providing training in residential childcare.
It comes two years after Realise secured private equity investment to support a management buyout.
Managing director of Realise Gregg Scott said, ‘We are delighted to have acquired FW Solutions and to be trusted by Rodney and Sandra to continue the outstanding work they have overseen in recent years.
