Parents have accused Cliff School in Wakefield of 'cashing in' by banning them from photographing their children's nativity plays while charging 5 for commercially produced photos and 17 for DVDs of the event, said the Daily Telegraph. The school claims it was motivated by child protection and data protection issues.
A British firm has caused a stir in America with a drink called Santa's Butt, said The Sun. US authorities fear that the picture on the bottle, of a jolly Santa with a beer sitting on a barrel, could lure children. But Ridgeway Brewery of Oxford said the butt referred to Santa's barrel.
