(Photograph) - Margaret Hodge, England's minister for children, visited the Bright Light Out-of-School Club in Barking, Essex, during half-term to launch its partnership with Barking and Dagenham Primary Care Trust. The PCT is holding ten childcare places for its staff at Bright Light for every school holiday as part of the NHS childcare strategy to increase provision.
