The deal takes the expanding nursery group to 31 early years settings across London and the South of England.
The latest acquisitions are based in Edmonton, Cheshunt, Enfield, and Southgate.
The nurseries offer a combined total of 198 places across the four sites and all are graded ‘good’ by Ofsted.
Kindred Nurseries said the deal offered the opportunity to expand into North London and acquire a group offering ‘high standards of childcare’.
Ruth Pimentel, CEO of Kindred Nurseries, said, ‘This fabulous group of nurseries will bring our group to 31 settings, and we know they will be a great match for the rest of our family. Claire’s passion was evident, and she was keen to know that the settings would continue to be looked after and further developed. We are excited to start a new phase, with Bright Stars Nursery being a key part of that development.’
