In brief...Staff from Four Seasons

Staff from Four Seasons Nurseries in Glasgow rubbed shoulders with representatives of organisations ranging from a North Sea oil platform to a further education college at an awards ceremony by the Health and Safety Executive last week. The nursery staff were invited to the prizegiving in Glasgow for their work to promote European Week for Safety and Health last October, when children dressed up as firefighters and spent a day learning about fire safety. Nursery manager Inez Murray commented, 'It was a very nice ceremony, and a very unusual mix of people. We were presented with a lovely certificate and a paperweight in recognition of our achievement.'
