Practitioners can get up to speed on the new Equality Act and its implications for employers by attending HR 4 Nurseries' Equality Act workshop (24 September in Winchester).
The day will cover aspects of discrimination such as indirect, associative and perceptive discrimination, harassment and harassment by a third party, victimisation, and equal pay discrimination.
