Ingredients: *225g plain chocolate*2 eggs*300ml double cream or whipping cream *300g creme fraiche (half fat) *100g white chocolate chips Serve with dessert or wafer biscuits or in a cone Children's age: all ages

T = together A = adult T Break up the chocolate and place it in a heatproof bowl. Place the bowl over a small saucepan of simmering water. Leave the chocolate to melt. Do not allow any of the water to splash into the chocolate.
T Separate the eggs, place the egg white into a large bowl and place the yolks into a small bowl.
