Training: Shadowed other kids reps.
Pluses: Working abroad, the weather, working within a variety of teams, working with children everyday, being independent, different lifestyle, new challenges, broadens your horizons.
Minuses: Long days and occasional homesickness.
Advice: Come out with an open mind.
