The work of psychoanalyst Anna Freud commemorated

Anna Freud in helping children with emotional and behavioural difficulties has been commemorated with an English Heritage Blue Plaque at her London house. The plaque marks the 50th year of the children's charity, the Anna Freud Centre. Julia Fabricius, a director of the centre, said, 'I am delighted Anna is being recognised. She was a pioneer who understood the way emotional difficulties affected every aspect of children's lives.'
