How did you feel about being rated outstanding by Ofsted for the secondtime in a row?
I was thrilled. It was such a huge emotional relief. The inspection thistime round was much more gruelling and a lot harder than before. Icouldn't have done it without my incredible team of eight who love allthe children and their families.
How have you been sharing your skills with local settings?
Other pre-schools visit us at the playgroup and I work with the localauthorities recommending changes to other pre-schools, such asalterations to their paperwork, ways to promote children's interests andchanges to their daily routine, providing an outside perspective to helpthem gain a good grade in their next inspection.
How long have you worked at the pre-school?
I have been here for ten years and spent eight of those years asmanager. I used to work in IT before I had children and then became achildminder. I love working at the pre-school with my team and beingable to share ideas to inspire and empower others.
