I am a qualified NNEB with 15 years of experience behind me. I am also a registered childminder and take my job seriously. Many childminders have spent months in college doing courses on education, first aid, child protection, basic food hygiene and activities. In my experience, having a qualification alone doesn't make you a good nursery nurse. I know many childminders who are not NNEB-or NVQ-qualified, but put just as much effort into their jobs. After all, if you enjoy your work you will do it well.
