I am a pre-school supervisor and I run a large group with approximately 74 children a week. On average we have 40 children each year that we have to complete paperwork for. Keyworkers keep records on their key children and are responsible for eight children each.

On average we have 40 children each year that we have to complete paperwork for. Keyworkers keep records on their key children and are responsible for eight children each.
I would like to receive information from other childcare workers on how they complete the relevant paperwork in their settings. It is an issue constantly raised among my staff members. Before I discuss this with committee members I would like to gain an informed view of the average amount of paperwork carried out in other settings and who the responsibility for this tends to fall to.
